Hanh Hoa Vien Hotel is situated
at the Center of Yen Bai Town, Lao Cai Province.It is

Yen Bai is located in Tay Bac,

La, and Kinh.
Thac Ba Hydroelectric Plant is an interesting
tourist site. Yen Bai Tourism and Trade Department,
along with the Institute for Tourism Research, are planning
to develop tourism in this area.
